1:5 nurse to patient ratio

Base Rate Queue Care Add-On = Blended Hourly Rate
$2.00 Queue Care Add-On
Salary Range: $32.00 - $42.00/HR
$2/hr Night Add-On
15% Night Shift Diff (Based off base rate)
When calculating base rate, HR will take into account any & all prior healthcare experience

Sign On Bonus: $7,500 Days & $10,000 Nights
Relocation can be paid from the sign on bonus at 100 days of employment.

Similar to a Med/Surg floor for patients designed to stay 1-2 days, just for general observation.
These patients may be hooked up to telemetry monitoring but they are not cardiac related patients.



Education:

• Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire.
• Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire.
