Private General Contractor located in the Metro DC/Baltimore market, with solid relationships, financials, low employee turnover and a track record of top-shelf performance is seeking to add one experienced Superintendent

Ideal candidate will have solid Commercial Construction experience. Plus if you've done Healthcare or Data Centers in the past.

Stability is an absolute must. Will not consider candidates that have had many job changes. Local candidates only (or those willing to move to this area permanently).

Most jobs are regional. Occasional overnights. If you're out of town, it's two weeks out, one back home.

Typical scope of work is from $5M all the way up to $100M in size. Ground up construction experience strongly preferred.

Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
