Our client is a ~1.2 billion dollar, Colorado based community looking for an AG Loan Officer to manage a portfolio of quality agricultural loans (cow /calf, feeder cattle, wheat, corn, and ube and other fall crops).

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact with current customers. 
• Develop new customers through self-sourcing, partnering with commercial, retail, real estate and other bank partners. 
• Renewals, prepare credit write ups and loan presentations to the loan committee

• Conduct collateral inspections and other field inspections

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 or more years Ag Lending experience
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization

• Must live in Eastern, CO, or Pueblo, CO (some flexibility) 

Compensation

• $110,000 to $145,000 base salary, plus bonus, plus excellent benefits.
