Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging, cutting-edge training modules and programs.
- Continuously assess training needs through rigorous analysis and feedback channels.
- Conduct training audits and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Proactively research and collaborate with external training resources to infuse fresh perspectives and expertise into our programs.
- Communicate our training strategies with enthusiasm, and consistently advise management on training matters.
- Conduct engaging new hire orientations that inspire new team members from day one.
- Educate new team members on our training tools, equipping them with strategies for continuous improvement.
- Champion the Roots of Service program throughout the properties, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and maintain Forbes service standards.
- Experience leading Training & Development in a large, luxury resort or hotel.
- Clear understanding of the Forbes 5-star standards (previously 5-star certified)
- TIPS certified.
- Experience in Instructional Design a plus.
- Ability to command the room with executive presence.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
