This will be a Part-Time position:
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Responsible for preparing and submitting invoices for payment approvals in Accounts Payable database.
- Maintains detailed documentation in propriety system(s) of submitted invoices, including follow-up and related internal and external correspondence.
- Informs Manager of problems related to invoices and works with Manager and all parties involved to ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinates special projects and assignments as required.
- Deposit preparation
- Ability to appropriately & effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities & deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Work and Outlook.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A positive & compassionate attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
