FSSS Program Manager
School Based Initiatives (SBI), Family Support for Student Success (FSSS)

FULL-TIME [Exempt] : 40 hours/week
Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) seeks a talented FSSS Program Manager to contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. As a member of the School Based Initiatives Leadership Team, the FSSS Program Manager supplies oversight of, and supervision to, the Family Support for Student Success Program (FSSS). This position functions within the Division of School Based Initiatives (SBI) in partnership with the Onondaga County Department of Children and Family Services and local school districts.
CCSI is partnering with Onondaga County Department of Children and Family Services to hire a FSSS Program Manager. This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf of Onondaga County Department of Children and Family Services.
In this role, you will
- Directly supervise a team of FSSS Program Supervisors, supporting them in their leadership of FSSS staff placed in various schools within local school districts.
- Support the integration of FSSS into schools’ Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.
- Collaborate with the local school districts and Onondaga County to develop and implement protocols and practices for a specialist’s role in the schools.
- Monitor efficacy of the Specialists’ work along with the implementation and
- Integration of program values, strategies, and activities.
- Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards in accordance with CCSI values, objectives, and policies.
- Ensure customers and management are regularly informed about the program's status, including potential concerns.
- Continue development of leadership skills in the program staff they supervise.
- Oversee the collection and maintenance of records on the program's clients for progress monitoring.
- Establish and implement a performance management process for all program staff.
- Ensure the program operates within an approved budget and manage all fiscal and grant reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in public administration, Human Services field, or other related field, or the CCSI equivalent of education and work experience is required. (see CCSI's equivalency chart)
- A minimum of 5 years directly supervising and coaching direct reports is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of related professional work experience in implementing and/or operating services and support for school-aged youth.
- A minimum of 2 years experience and/or substantial knowledge in child welfare, juvenile justice, and/or mental health partnerships with schools, is preferred.

- Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.
