We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position involves interacting with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Create and update work orders.
• Schedule inspections and service work with homeowners and home builders.
• Send proposals to customers.
• Setup job files upon acceptance of proposal.
• Send invoices and warranties upon completion of work.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service but experience in construction is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multitask
• Strong organization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
