Admissions Office Manager
Location: Mill Spring, NC
Scheduled: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Salary: Starting at $15.50 per hour and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversees records collection tasks within the admissions process
- Screens incoming calls for program appropriateness, creates new leads in Sales Force, and coordinates transitions to Admissions Coordinators
- Maintains HIPAA compliant processing of calls, application forms, and records
- Maintains inventory of office supplies
- Supports Admissions Director and Admissions Coordinators with administrative needs
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience working in an administrative role
- Preferred experience working in a mental health setting or admissions role
- Experience with HIPAA
