Such best practices will include visits to high schools and Community-based Organizations (CBOs) and other appropriate recruitment level activities.

  • Contributes to OSP’s base by establishing relationships with constituents, assessing student needs, and recommending student-friendly updates to programs and processes.

  • Serves as a resource connecting students with available resources across the University, which may include the University Office of Admissions Services, Office of Student Financial Assistance, Office of the University Registrar, and the Division of Student Services.

  • Consults with CD and SEEK Directors and liaisons at CUNY institutions, governmental agencies, and community partners, to help students succeed.

  • Uses various recruitment analysis systems, programs, and/or tools to assess the efficacy of OSP recruitment and enrollment efforts from the first-year experience through graduation (i.e. Navigate, Starfish, Blackboard, College Board EPS/Search, Live Person Statistics, Hobsons CRM Reporting Module, Ruffalo Noel Levitz analysis, etc.).
