Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison's.

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.

Communication Intern (delegated to Product/Trade Compliance team)

YOUR MISSION

Product & Trade Compliance aims to prevent any legal and reputation risk that may jeopardize market access for goods due to a lack of regulatory and responsibility awareness, enforcement and anticipation along the end-to-end product life.

Efficient communication is a key that need to reach specifics partners, deliver the exact message, and ensure the continuity.

* Redesign actually used SharePoint platform to be "user friendly" and attractive communication & library tool.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts by creating simple and concrete guidelines about how to maintain, use it and improve SharePoint.

* Conduct time studies, to evaluate the impact of delivered communication (trainings, newsletters, surveys etc.)

* Review the actually used front page dedicated to Logistics and create a FAQ.

YOUR PROFILE

* Min. 1 years' work experience in a marketing, communication or equivalent environment in the agency or international company

* Extra curriculum that demonstrates the interest in general culture, regulatory or supply chain related topics.

* Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application

* Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success

* Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives

* Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program

* Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa's for summer internships

* Must be age 18 or older to participate

* Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)

This is a paid internship.

Salary: $20/ hourly
