As a Guest Service Agent, you will contribute to overall guest satisfaction by providing courteous service. You will greet and assist guests and provide information about the Alaska Collection by Pursuit products.
You will have a range of duties and responsibilities including :
- Assist guests in person and on the phone with information about tours and services
- Accurately capture reservations on the computer-based reservations system
