Cooling Unlimited, Inc. is looking to add a highly motivated, flexible, self-starting customer service representative to our successful service department. Our company is located in Reading, MA, and the working days/hours would be Monday through Friday full-time.

Job Description:

• Answering multi-line phone system
• Managing and helping our customers in emergency situations
• Scheduling and booking service and estimate calls
• Answering customer inquires
• Working closely with service technicians and sales personnel
• Communicating and understanding customer concern
• Service follow-up calls to customers
• And completing other duties as necessary…

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or College Degree
• Being comfortable on the phone
• Enjoy customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Hard work ethic and willingness to work long hours when needed
• Proficient in Multi-tasking
• Good attention to detail
