Role Overview:We're seeking a passionate and confident Product Manager to take the reins on project engagement. You'll craft the project strategy and management plans, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates with an insurance background and a drive to succeed. As our Junior Product Manager, you'll be the team's champion, facilitating their daily work and clearing any roadblocks that arise.

What You'll be Doing:

• Agile Orchestrator: Facilitates daily routines, meetings, and workflows for the Scrum team.
• Impediment Remover: Identifies and resolves roadblocks hindering the team's progress.
• Agile Coach: Guides and mentors team members in adopting and mastering Agile methodologies.
• Empowerment Advocate: Fosters a collaborative environment where ownership, self-management, and empowerment thrive.
• Scrum Ceremonies Champion: Plans and oversees Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
• Progress Tracker: Monitors the team's daily progress within each Sprint cycle.
• Team Analyzer: Facilitates team assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement Facilitator: Guides the team in refining their processes for optimal performance.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management and Insurance or a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering).
• Certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a Plus.
