ConvergePoint is Hiring a Client Success Specialist Near Katy, TX

ConvergePoint (www.convergepoint.com) is looking for a Client Success Specialist to work on customer implementations.

We are a fast-growing software company helping a large variety of mid-size and large organizations including Fortune 500 companies across all industries with their regulatory compliance on Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.

This is a position that will provide the candidate with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow with software support and implementation.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Help customers with onboarding of the software
  • Provide in-depth online guidance to customers on the use of the software (training will be provided)
  • Assist customers with the use of software, troubleshooting and finding solutions to unforeseen issues
  • Manage and update tickets submitted by customers
  • Create and manage software knowledge base content for customers to use including user guides, how-to articles, and demo videos

Desired Skills:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required. A degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication or related field is preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of technical/software support or B2B customer support experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn the ConvergePoint software; training will be provided
  • Any experience with Zendesk or a help desk ticketing system is a big plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States -- We cannot sponsor at this time
  • Must be local to Houston
