Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations from email and telephone inquiries
- Follow-up on quotations to maximize conversion rate
- Maintain contact with existing key and target accounts
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience as a successful Customer Service Representative
- Good oral, written and interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn a wide variety of products
- Good organization skills and able manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM software
