ContraVest Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Charlotte, NC property: The Addison One15 (https://theaddisonone15.com/). The Addison One15 is a brand new, under construction property.

The perfect candidate will possess excellent plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills as well as be highly organized and able to prioritize work orders and direct a maintenance team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced Maintenance Supervisor professional who is devoted to creating an exceptional living environment and experience for all of our residents and lasting, mutually beneficial relationship with our partners.

Having your CPO and EPA/HVAC and CAMT credentials is a MUST.

MAJOR GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the total on site maintenance of the Community. Under the direct supervision of the Community Director, they are responsible for:

Achieving budgeted maintenance expenses.

• Assisting in the achievement of the annual budget plan.
• Hiring, training, evaluating, motivating and supervising all service personnel
• All on-site maintenance functions.
• Physical condition of the Community, including the condition of vacant apartments
• Upholding all Company policies, goals and the Company values related to customer service.

ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES:

Participate in the preparation of maintenance related areas of the budget.

• Review and assist the Community Director in contracting maintenance expenses.
• Completion of all service requests in a timely manner.
• Report any maintenance problems to the manager along with corrective suggestions.
• Participate in development and implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Assign daily work duties to service staff.
• Follow up on service requests to assure the highest quality of customer satisfaction and all other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Providing same day service.
• Maintain 24-hour on-call program, 365 days per year.

PEOPLE MANAGED:

All on site service and grounds staff and outside contractors employed by the Community in maintenance related capacity.

Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
