Application Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Support Fenevision ERP System.
- Analyze issues submitted from office and production staff members.
- Identify source of the problem in SQL database or in Visual C logic.
- Update logic and test system for accuracy.
- Work with all levels of staff to solve problems and identify opportunities to improve the system.
Education and Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s in Software Development
Technology Experience:
- Fenevision ERP System
- SQL – Microsoft SQL Server (or other SQL based DB)
- MS/Visual C (or other third-generation languages)
- Windows Operating System
- MS/Office Applications
- Residential Window Industry Knowledge
- Software Development Lifecycle
- Problem Solving Skills
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
