Consumer Loan Center (CLC) Business Support Analyst
The Consumer Loan Center (CLC) Business Support Analyst position is part of the Retail team and is responsible for assisting and supporting Comerica Loan Center colleagues on all front-end system software applications. This position is responsible for maintaining change control requests for any changes, requests and additional forms that need to be added to the CLC systems. The Business Analyst assists with day-to-day interactions with project team members and vendors in order to accomplish and facilitate tasks/projects.

Position Responsibilities:

Provides technology support for 22 systems utilized by colleagues within the CLC.
Works collaboratively with vendors and Information Systems on production support work for lending and analytic systems.
Investigates and resolves daily issues regarding system functionality and user errors.
Responds to problem tickets, requests and pages within time designated.
Maintains security tables and reset user passwords.
Completes maintenance on software tables, including changes, adds, deletes, etc. for all tables and forms.
Develops and maintains custom forms as well as the Document Libraries with latest versions and install them within requested time frame.
Executes test scripts in the test environment for implementation into production.
Partners with Business Units to assist in development of business requirements for system enhancements, requests and projects.
Coordinates meetings with business units to review and discuss requests or projects.
Updates and maintains department procedures, security lists and audit documentation.
Analyzes and makes recommendations on operational policy and procedures to ensure processes developed mitigate and eliminates operational and regulatory risk for all markets serviced.
Assists and supports simplistic vendor related reports.
Tests and installs new releases of vendor software with enhancements or upgrades.
Acts as first level technical liaison with the vendor technical staff and maintain all applications.
Works with vendor to resolve system issues.
Manages small to medium technology and business-related projects including test plans.

Position Qualifications:

Associates Degree or 2 years of relevant experience
2 years of experience in system application admin or equivalent technology work experience
2 years of experience in developing requirements for new functionalities
1 year of experience in project management of small to medium in size (both technical and business related) including development of test plans
1 year of experience in the knowledge of front-end lending, servicing or collection applications
1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
