Description

 Shift Schedule: Hybrid, 8AM- 5PM, 3 days in office. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather necessary payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
3. Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
4. Generate and analyze payroll reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
5. Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
6. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any SAP SuccessFactors issues related to payroll processing.
7. Participate in the testing and implementation of updates and enhancements to the SAP SuccessFactors payroll module.
8. Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
9. Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to payroll records.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
2. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
8. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements

 Must have SAP experience and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
