Context Architecture is looking for an Architect/Project Manager with 8 years’ experience. Ideal candidates must have experience with administrative supervision while planning and developing major projects from a design, production, and management perspective. Strong interpersonal skills and abilities to initiate and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and contractors are desired. Position will have responsibility for overseeing and contributing to project design and planning, tracking contracts and budgets, staff utilization, and scheduling. Position will also be responsible for modeling company values and mentoring junior staff.
Required experience and skills include: a track record of successful project management, management of project teams using Revit, experience in construction administration, and good presentation, writing and verbal skills. Candidates must possess an architectural license. Experience with ACC/BIM 360 is preferrable, but not required. Candidates with sustainable design credentials, Passive House/Phius or LEED credentials are encouraged.
