What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager / Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in coordinating projects, managing client accounts, and ensuring successful outcomes. This is a contract-based remote position.

You will need to be available for meetings and to respond to incoming requests in a timely manner during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, define timelines, scope, phases, processes, and requirements.
• Communications: Act as a central point of contact, receive project requests, gather information, ask pertinent questions, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Update stakeholders on project progress and budget status.
• Follow Up: Keep tasks on schedule by proactively following up, requesting information, and providing updates on task statuses.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and is completed accurately. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain client satisfaction.
• Gathering: Collect necessary files, resources, troubleshooting information, and examples to support the team in fulfilling tasks. Set up accounts and provide necessary materials for project success.
• Reporting: Generate, review, and explain reports on tasks and account performance metrics
• Strategic Planning: Prioritize and modify task lists based on what might best deliver client results.
• Assigning: Effectively assign tasks to the appropriate team members, prioritize responsibilities across projects, and ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Recommend additional services and projects when beneficial to the client.
• Resource Management: Track budgets and expenses for accounts and projects, pay invoices promptly, and purchase tools and accounts as needed to support project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in digital marketing or web agency (2 years )
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goals.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Strategically minded, results oriented.
• Available during regular business hours for meetings and responding to clients and team.
• Ability to manage marketing and technical projects

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
