Job Details

Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Desktop Support, who will be responsible for providing support for all desktop personal computers and related equipment.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree or Vocational Certificate, or 2 years of experience in information systems
  • 1 - 2 years of PC Technical Knowledge
  • 2 - 3 of years desktop/ desk-side support with exceptional customer service
  • Experience with operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Software Applications
  • Experience troubleshooting software applications
  • Experience with active directory administration

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all employees have the appropriate tools to perform their job function
  • Meeting face to face with end users
