And Co is seeking highly motivated and outgoing individuals who love working with customers on our team of Sales Account Representatives. This position is entry level; all training is provided. Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer services is a plus!
As a Sales Account Representative, you will play a vital role in managing our retail campaign, helping to drive sales and assist customers on behalf of our clients and some of the hottest brands in the telecommunications and entertainment industry.

What we need you to do…
- Cultivate a fun team environment that inspires and drives overall team performance
- Assist in the development of promotional launches in big box retailers
- Drive customer sales with new account acquisitions
- Go above and beyond to provide great customer service and achieve weekly sales goals
- Foster an energetic and helpful retail environment for our customers
- Exercise your people skills to create a great customer and team member experience
- Solve customer issues and ensure smooth sales transactions and account setups
Qualifications:
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Great communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 or older
- 2 or 4-year degree preferred
- Full time availability preferred - part time considered for the right fit
