Compensation Range :
$36,000-$67,500 per year or more based on performance
Commission Structure : Unlimited Commission and bonus based on performance

Salary Range : $36,000-$67,500 (includes hourly pay, plus monthly commission for the top 50% of our sales representatives)

Primary Responsibilities :
These are the general job duties typically associated with this position, and actual job duties may include additional duties depending upon location and services offered.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
- Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
- Submit all transaction journals daily
- Assists with inventory maintenance
- Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for your store
- Sell all wireless and entertainment products and services offered by the company and meet all sales objectives
- Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
- Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services
We Are Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualifications :
Minimum of 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
Be at least 18 years old
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
Have reliable transportation
- Computer Proficiency
- Ability to succeed with integrity in a professional, commission-based sales environment
- Desire to exceed customer expectations and have a passion for helping people
