We are a growing and established environmental company in the Inland Empire looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in helping provide world class customer service to our clients and assisting project managers preparing environmental reports. This future Data Analyst must have a passion to provide customer service to clients and internal staff. We will provide training to this candidate to learn the dynamics of our business and industry. This is a great opportunity for those experienced in business operations, construction, customer service, and/or environmental science. You will learn about industrial hygiene and environmental hazards.

We provide clients with the proper solutions to their environmental issues. We conduct asbestos/lead assessments, as well as many other indoor air assessments

Qualifications Should Include: Professional working manner with 2-3 MINIMUM customer service experience

-Have prior experience in Asbestos, Lead, Mold, or Bacteria is a Plus.

- Have prior experience interpreting data and analyzing results.

- Have prior experience in multi-tasking in an office and managing multiple projects

- Must know how to use Windows 10, Microsoft Word/Excel, Outlook Mail, Google Docs and Internet

- Must be able to type 50 WPM (it will be verified)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

- Must be Detailed oriented (Assessment must me taken)

- Must be a team player

- Must be a fast learner

- Must be able to prioritize assignments

- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

-Need to be reliable, must be available to work at least 1 Saturday per month

Duties Will Include

E-Mail clients accurate information pertaining to their assignment

Prepare reports for each assignment and send them to clients within a timely manner

Provide world class phone support to our customers

Contacting field staff to coordinate assignments

Make sure all lab samples are submitted properly and monitor the lab to make sure the results are sent back within the proper time frame.

Review and send analytical results to clients for each assignment

Assisting Project Managers with results, reports, and invoicing

Constantly respond to E-Mails from internal staff and client

E-Mails Utilize software such as Outlook daily.

Work within the company’s structured guidelines and policies.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $62,400.00 per year
