Consultants in Obstetric & Gynecologic Ultrasonography & Surgery PLLC is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Washington, DC

The DuPont Clinic is a referral center for all-trimester abortion care and ultrasound-guided procedures, primarily for management of abnormal and high-risk pregnancies. We provide the highest level of medical care and an experience focused on the needs of each patient. The DuPont Clinic provides care to those with complex medical situations who would otherwise have difficulty obtaining care.

We seek an outstanding person to join the DuPont Clinic as the Manager of Operations. This person will be an integral part of the management team creating the patient experience. The position will be full-time. The right person for this position will have the highest standards for patient safety, be motivated to create a positive patient experience, and strongly support the right to bodily autonomy.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the management of the revenue cycle including billing payors
  • Manages inventory including medications, clinical supplies, and equipment
  • Supports maintenance of facility and IT systems
  • Participates in the management of the operations budget for the clinic
  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of relevant protocols, forms, and systems
  • Supervises operations associates
  • Manages shipping and receiving
  • Oversees auditing of documentation
  • Develops and implements new services and programs established through strategic planning to ensure that DuPont Clinic complies with all applicable regulations
  • Plans training and team meetings
  • Works collaboratively with other managers to create a cohesive management team, including cross covering for other managers
  • Communicates effectively with all members of the DuPont team
  • Leads and manages training and on-boarding of new staff

Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to bodily autonomy
  • Exceptional leadership, supervisory, and clinical skills
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Inventory management or supply chain experience required
  • Billing or finance experience strongly preferred
  • IT skills strongly preferred
  • Experience programming spreadsheets and/or databases preferred
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Working Conditions:

  • Typical office environment
  • The position is primarily in-person; however, there is flexibility to work from home if necessary.
