The DuPont Clinic is a referral center for all-trimester abortion and ultrasound-guided procedures, including for abnormal or higher risk pregnancies, and for people with complex medical situations who may have difficulty accessing care. We provide the highest level of medical care and a private experience focused on the individual needs of each patient. We seek an outstanding person to join the DuPont Clinic as a Patient Care Coordinator. As an integral part of the scheduling team, this person will speak with and schedule patients seeking care over the phone, support case management by referring patients to relevant funding and practical support organizations, and ensure continuity of care with referring providers. The PCC will report to Dupont Clinic’s Managers of Care Coordination.
The work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST and at least one Saturday shift (10AM-2PM EST) per month. These hours are subject to change, depending on call volume and staffing.

DuPont also provides fully-remote workers with a taxable stipend of $100 per pay period, which can be used towards goods/services that allow them to do their job.
