Responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator in the care, safety and well-being of persons receiving services living in assigned residences.

Currently CP Unlimited is seeking a full time Evening Shift Supervisor in our Staten Island Community Living Program to provide the support and training necessary for direct care staff to achieve standards. Assists in the evaluation of direct care staff's performance and provides feedback, guidance and/or discipline, as appropriate. Assists the Program Coordinator in the development, implementation and monitoring of each program plan and for ensuring that all persons receiving services are afforded opportunities to participate in activities that promote individualization, independence, inclusion and, productivity.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Services field (or a minimum of 5 years working with developmental disabilities) Min of one (1) year experience working with developmentally disabled individuals Min one (1) year supervisory experience required Knowledge of HCBS Waiver IRA & ICF regulations Must be able to work a 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift daily and work flexible hours as needed, be on-call, and be able to provide weekend coverage as scheduled. Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
