Our client is a very well respected and well established industry leading Heavy Civil Site Development Contractor. They are confidentially looking for a sharp Project Manager with experience in Civil/Site Development to join their team in the Greater Key West area.
Our client performs Earthwork, Mass Excavating, grading and SSW-Underground wet utilities.
The ideal Heavy Civil Project Manager candidate will have:
*5-20 years experience managing residential/commercial site development/road building (move dirt/lay pipe).
*Computer scheduling experience with Procore a plus, open to Microsoft Project or others.
*Field experience.
*Construction Management degree a plus, experience is the key.
*Hard Worker and good communicator.....Bilingual a plus.
Interesting and challenging projects.

*Compensation includes a generous base salary up to $100,000 base salary (based on experience), 5 figure performance bonus, Truck and Gas card, phone, medical benefits, vision, dental, life, relocation assistance if needed, 401k match, a great working environment along with many other perks.
