Transaction Risk Management roles partner with Bankers and Credit Risk to provide oversight and management of client payments flow to ensure quick recover of funds and review treasury service facilities usage to make recommendations regarding facility size and risk mitigation. Job Responsibilities Key components of the role:Manager of individual contributors.Participates in governance including associated committees, working groups, procedures, and controls. Participates in forums regarding revisions of key systems.Is knowledgeable on payment flows, customer patterns, relevant current events and significant transactions. Makes sound decisions in the best interest of the firm according to risk management practices and policiesMonitor, acknowledge and approve overnight overdraft in a timely manner using a fact based approach. Monitor and approve intraday overdraft transaction including transactions found in Global Funds Control and Intraday Facility Monitoring toolProactively follow-up with TS client service officers and relationship managers in order to have clients cover aged overdrafts. Review TS related credit facilities as part of the annual grade review process based upon utilization and provide facility recommendation.Builds strong relationships and maintains open communication channels with client coverage team and product partners to act as subject matter expert.Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills 10 years experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Credit, Operations, or related areas. Advanced capability and proficiency in risk related Policies and Procedures and Systems, like Integrated Credit Risk Desktop. Excellent communication skills. Self-starter capable of working in a time sensitive environment. Executes and monitors progress of multiple task/activities to ensure completion and deadline/cut off requirements are met.Ability to evaluate various aspects of a situation and identify key informationEngages other through appropriate use of facts, convincing examples and direct persuasion to support productive discussion.
