Your Role and Responsibilities :
Project Coordination & Safety Oversight :
Uphold rigorous safety standards by overseeing planning, execution, and documentation of safety measures on the project.
Lead project planning efforts, crafting and implementing the pre-job plan and selecting construction methodologies.
Develop and manage the Site Utilization Plan.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to assess equipment needs.
Monitor monthly subcontractor payments to ensure alignment with the actual progress of work.
Drive daily and weekly coordination with vendors and subcontractors to resolve construction challenges promptly and keep the project on track.
Keep precise records of time-keeping and costs.
Analyze weekly labor and monthly job cost reports to identify areas of concern and implement strategies to align costs with the budget.
Administer the Quality Control Program to maintain high standards.
Ensure compliance with all reporting requirements, including daily logs, weekly and monthly updates to project schedules, and regular progress reviews.
Keep the jobsite organized and clean.
Proactively manage potential subcontractor issues, including change orders and back-charges, to safeguard project profitability.
Successfully close out the project in accordance with contract specifications.
Regular presence at the worksite.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Cultivate a culture of learning and development within the project team to support their career growth and progression.
Engage actively in the onboarding and training process for new project team members.
Lead and manage essential discussions about performance and professional development for direct reports.
Requirements :
Decision-Making and Problem Solving
Advanced Communication Skills
More than 7 years of experience in Superintendent
K-12 project experience preferred.
Projects done over $20m required.
Travel 20% of the time.
