Construction Lead Project Coordinator

THE POSITION:

Our fast-growing and purpose-driven company is looking for a full-time Lead Project Coordinator.

Are you a proactive and motivated self-starter, who can manage multiple projects with thoroughness and a keen eye for detail?

We are looking for someone who will join our incredible dream team and take full ownership of creating objectives toward developing the Lead Project Coordinator role. This role leads the client through the material journey of a project, as well as, works with vendors to negotiate bids and set the project up for success.

The successful candidate has a proven track record of excellent communication skills and experience with tight deadlines. This position goes above and beyond to keep this process simple for the client. The successful candidate is coordinating materials and bids on time, accurate quantities are being ordered and communicated with vendors, and clear communication is always being made with the team and the client. This role works closely with the company’s sales team to ensure all deadlines are met. This candidate enjoys working with numbers and is extremely comfortable with a spreadsheet.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Strength with basic formulas and functions in Excel
• Strong mathematical skills in geometrical calculations and reviewing for accuracy
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in following schedules and anticipating schedules
• Data-driven analytical thinker
• Experience in the construction industry and basic knowledge of construction material
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, project coordinating, or project admin work is required
• Not an entry-level position, will have building, residential remodel, remodeling, construction, or similar experience.
