Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Construction Coordinator will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet all specifications, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all phases of the construction process, from initial planning to completion.
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including stakeholders and team members.
Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and plans.
Conduct site inspections to monitor construction quality and adherence to plans.
Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor as required.
Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
Communicate and manage permitting process across Texas.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction management or coordination, with a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Five years of experience in securing permits and licenses for construction projects.
