This role is meant as a springboard into an exciting career. It involves training in various agency areas, including Sales, Service, Lead Production, Operations, Marketing, and IT, which are essential to the insurance industry. Our ideal candidate should be unfamiliar with the industry and have the willingness to provide general support to the agency.

We work a hybrid schedule both in and out of the office.
