We seek an ambitious, service-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling incoming leads and service tasks. This role includes writing new business for clients, addressing their varying insurance needs, and offering them the most fitting, cost-effective solutions. 

- Respond to incoming leads and service tasks promptly and professionally.

- Write new insurance policies for personal, small to medium commercial lines, and life lines.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for sales and client retention.

- Provide exceptional client service, promptly responding to all inquiries, concerns, and needs.

- Stay updated with industry trends, offerings, and regulatory changes.

- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role (Education, Sales, Service Industry).

- Willingness to understand the insurance industry, including personal lines, commercial, and life insurance.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets.

- Exceptional client service skills, committed to maintaining high service standards.
