Position Summary:

The Receptionist will support the daily company operations by creating a positive first impression for all visitors and ensuring a great experience through a professional and friendly attitude.

Essential Functions:

• Greet clients and guests when they arrive on-site
• Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate parties
• Manage customer queries and complaints
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Order office supplies
• Ensure conference rooms and offices are stocked appropriately
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience
• Computer skills including Windows and MS Office Suite of products
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactively look for improvements to daily tasks

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
