**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and personalized service

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations

- Utilize company systems for efficient sales processes and client management

**Requirements:**

- Valid insurance broker's license

- Proven track record in insurance sales, with a focus on property and casualty

- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

**Compensation:**

- First Year: Salary with Commissions Split

- Second Year: Commissions with Renewal Split

- Opportunity for growth within the agency as we expand into new states
