The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing mostly phone support and some deskside support working level 1 issues. This would include but is not limited to:
- Unlocking end-user accounts and re-setting passwords.
- VDI resets
- Active Directory reset work
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and printer issues
- Setting up user work stations, shipping equipment out
- Active Directory experience
- Azure and Intune experience is highly desired
- Experience using Windows 10 and Office 365
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt and be a fast thinker.
