This is a hybrid work opportunity. The Company feels that three shared days in the office and two days with the option of working remotely allows for both collaborative time and quiet space for deep work.
Eligible employees for hybrid work are required to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays . There may be a need for additional office days based on specific business requirement.
Job Description
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative B is responsible for providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, catering to customers who contact the company via inbound calls.
This role involves responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction through the satisfactory resolution of issues.
Duties include arranging service or emergency response, interpreting customer records and account history, accessing information online, such as assessor details or credit card information, and managing customer accounts, including transfers, billing, and collections.
