This is a hybrid work opportunity. The Company feels that three shared days in the office and two days with the option of working remotely allows for both collaborative time and quiet space for deep work.
Eligible employees for hybrid work are required to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays . There may be a need for additional office days based on specific business requirement.
Job Description
Under the direction of the IT Service Desk Manager, the IT Client Services Technician is responsible for providing Tier 1 and 2 IT support and troubleshooting functions.
The Service Desk Technician will work supporting a variety of hardware and software platforms that are utilized throughout the organization such as PC’s, Laptops, Multifunction Printers, Tablets, Smartphones, Windows Operating Systems, Mobile Device Management, etc.
Primarily responsible for monitoring and resolving escalated Service Desk incident and request tickets.
