Job Title: Guidewire QA Lead

Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end (E2E) testing efforts for Guidewire applications, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Design, implement, and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of Guidewire applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and address defects promptly.
• Develop and maintain testing scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.
• Proven experience in Guidewire QA with a focus on end-to-end testing.
• Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand end-to-end (E2E) functional flows across Guidewire Center (Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center).
• Hands-on Experience in Agile Testing methodologies and processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Guidewire QA with a focus on end-to-end testing.
• Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand end-to-end (E2E) functional flows across Guidewire Center (Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center).

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
