ABOUT YOU

You are an exceptionally organized and methodical individual with the critical thinking and drive to help take our products to the next level. You will assist in developing and executing test cases and test scenarios for Customer solutions while fostering a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product. You will bring ideas to the table on how to structure testing processes and build solid, repeatable testing scripts. As the Solution QA Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Executing Test Cases
• Creating standardized test scripts for existing solutions utilizing artifacts provided by the Customer Success Team and growing into creating standardized test scripts and documentation for new Customer solutions. 
• Documenting defects in a clear manner to assist remediation.
• Working closely with Customer Success Solution leaders and Customer Success Managers to understand Customer solutions.
• Assisting in developing quality assurance standards and processes, based on guidance from Customer Success Managers
• Adhering to industry quality and safety standards
• Ensuring products meet customer expectations and demand.
• Maintaining standards for reliability and performance of production

Requirements

As the Solution QA Analyst, your background should include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and AWS preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn complex products at both the UI and system level.
• Working knowledge of products and services
• In-depth understanding of industry standards
• Good customer focus
• Sharp attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and diligent attributes
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
