About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to lead and manage all aspects of human resource (HR) management. This role is pivotal in upholding the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will involve leading the DEI strategy and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's global people operations, including mentoring and leading the team, driving learning and development programs, and overseeing the recruiting and sourcing team. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, the VP will also be involved in corporate strategy, budgeting, and ensuring alignment with the company's social impact programs.To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 15 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position encompassing all aspects of people and culture functions. A strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to a 100% remote work approach are essential. The VP will be expected to manage complex operational systems, navigate global HR and compliance issues, and drive key programs such as remote work and the company's annual gathering. A strong educational background, such as an MS/BS in Psychology with additional Organizational Development training, is also required to support the role's responsibilities.
