About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to lead a dynamic team focused on driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. This role involves segmenting prospects and customers by vertical and territory, partnering with marketing to enhance go-to-market strategies, developing and improving compensation strategies, and managing Salesforce operations and the proposal team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of revenue/sales operations Experience, with at least 4 years in SaaS, and a proven track record of partnering with C-level executives to drive change. The role requires a strong bias toward action, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead through ambiguity while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and kindness.Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to scale best practices, improve employee satisfaction, and work effectively with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, product, and data science.
