About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality and Risk Adjustment to play a key role in enhancing clinical quality programs and optimizing risk adjustment initiatives for federally qualified health centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and oversight of risk adjustment and quality programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing data submission processes. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of driving value-based care initiatives, improving patient outcomes, and maximizing cost efficiencies. The Vice President will also be tasked with mentoring and developing talent, collaborating with internal and external teams, and serving as a subject matter expert in various meetings and projects.Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in driving quality initiatives, process improvement, and achieving measurable outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to build and manage teams effectively. The ideal candidate will be experienced in risk management, performance improvement, and quality management programs, and have a comprehensive knowledge of coding, HCCs, risk adjustment, and quality concepts.
