About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management - Partnerships to join their team, with a focus on improving healthcare through innovative technology. The role involves defining and executing product roadmap and strategy for the Product Lines, including managing the tactical and strategic planning and execution of partner-based products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market needs, building business cases for future investments, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure market differentiation and advance time to market the company's products. Additionally, the VP will engage in market-facing evangelism, support sales, and partnership conversations, and mentor various product managers.Applicants must have at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in product management, with a deep knowledge and experience in building and delivering SaaS software products, particularly in the healthcare IT sector. The role requires a proven track record of bringing new differentiated products to market and managing product lines in excess of $50M ARR. Business development experience, strong communication and influence skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate will be value and metric-driven, commercially focused, and have a passion for coaching, mentorship, teaching, and learning.
