LMC is partnered with a market-leading full-service building automation contractor who is looking for a seasoned VP of Sales to join to Seattle, WA team.

The company boasts 30 years of experience as an independent contractor for a comprehensive portfolio of clients. They're known for their premium integrated BAS solutions including new construction, retrofits, service, analytics, and diagnostics.

In this role, you'll be at the helm of Operations and Delivery within our controls division, aiming to maximize market penetration and profitability, so full P&L responsibility is critical. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers (Sales), Engineers, and Field Personnel to ensure project quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Your focus will be on developing and managing our Delivery Process, maintaining staffing levels, and providing guidance for career development. Additionally, you'll be involved in reviewing financials, participating in sales activities, and leading sales meetings.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of management experience in contracting.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• On-site work is required so the ability to travel to Seattle, WA 98168 is crucial to success.
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Experience in New Construction and Retrofit controls contracting.
• Proficiency in business planning and financial management.
• Technical understanding of building control products and systems.
• Valid driver’s license and physical ability to perform job duties.
