Job Opportunity: Vice President, People
Are you passionate about championing a "People-first" agenda on a global scale? Introba is seeking a visionary Vice President, People to drive HR strategies that enhance our workplace and uphold our reputation as a beacon of innovation and employee satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President, this strategic role will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture and people management practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of proactive people strategies that align with Introba's mission and values.
Operational Insight: Develop a deep understanding of all business areas to provide effective support to our operational teams.
Employee Experience: Enhance employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle by collaborating with leaders in Operations, Corporate Services, and HR Centers of Excellence.
Talent Management: Drive innovative talent attraction and retention strategies, including workforce planning and development initiatives.
Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance improvement and facilitate effective feedback and developmental discussions.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues professionally and in compliance with the law, reinforcing Introba as an employer of choice.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in designing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Thorough understanding of employment laws across different geographical locations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday and Deltek.
Experience in the A/E/C industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
