The Vice President of Operations will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of our hotel portfolio. This role entails providing strategic leadership, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional guest and associate experiences across all properties.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple properties.
Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
Experience as a leadership influencer who builds strong relationships and champions the importance and correlation of people to business success.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction in the hospitality industry.
