About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Information Technology Group Revenue Cycle. This executive will be responsible for managing the ITG Revenue Cycle team, ensuring the timely and accurate billing of services, and maximizing collections. The role involves overseeing all revenue cycle functions, collaborating with the Operations team to enhance front office and RCM operations, and developing and implementing the strategic vision for the organization's revenue cycle. The successful candidate will also partner with finance and operations teams to evaluate collection capabilities, ensure adherence to payer contracts, and continuously improve processes by implementing industry best practices.Candidates for the Vice President position must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least ten years of experience in patient revenue cycle technology leadership or operations, with a minimum of four years in a senior leadership role. Required skills include a high level of personal integrity, initiative, and dependability, as well as the ability to coach, mentor, and build effective teams. The role demands a proven track record in enterprise-level IT systems and operations, experience with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and success in strategic planning and execution. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and experience with Oracle Cerner RevElate. The candidate should be adept at communication, decision-making, and meeting deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
